AX Support Officer | Leading bio-technology distributor

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup, use and administration of the Dynamics AX system

  • Assist on multiple queries in the AX environment
  • Control the realisation of medium-sized IT projects

  • Participate in non-IT projects on the level of business consultancy

  • Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment

  • Analyse and document business requirements and translate these to specification and design

  • Assist in documentation of current and desired business processes

  • Develop functional scenario based test scripts

  • Follow up and manage user acceptance testing

  • Writing end user documentation and release notes

What is needed from you:

  • A university education with an applicable Master’s degree

  • Detail oriented and organised

  • Able to deliver qualitative and reliable outputs

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Flexible and can-do attitude

  • A proactive personality

  • Ready to work in an international, rapidly changing and challenging environment
